It's not about money. Tbh he's affordable and he's assured it. He knows everyone knows that he's recovered from a pretty serious surgery. That's why he's been outspoken about not necessarily wanting a fatty contract.
It's not that the Cards can't afford him, it's just that we're gonna do the same shit we did with Joe Montana. We won't seize the opportunity (assuming there is one).
