| I thought it was 33% for all weapons but in Codex I used Heart of Fury (33%) alone, then I would add whirling charge (25%) and it attacked noticably faster. So are scythes different or is 33% not the cap |

| You see that doesn't do anything with what I said cus heart of fury is 33% and I still get a faster attack speed with whirling + heart on. So Heart Of Fury is bugged or something. idk |

it obviously does cause it says max buff for attack speed 33% sooo it's either
1) your imagination
2) bugged skill

| Or it could just be weapon actions rather than actual hits. Like how swords and axes dont actually do damage every time your character swings it. |

Or it could be this build bugged it. Just try it out in isle of the nameless or something.
I remember when weapon speed stacked to 50%, IWAY + Tiger's fury oh yeah...! |

Maybe since sytche is the slowest the 33% doesnt make it hit the max ias and adding the 25% lets you get to the breakpoint of how fast all weapons can attack.
Edit = I just tested this and on max graphics... i see no increase of attack speed. |

Whether you see an increase in attack speed doesn't really matter. What matters is if you actually attack more and see a correspending increase in DPS.
To test this just like autoattack master of damage with Heart of fury on with your scythe and do that a couple of times and average your DPS. Then do it with Heart of Fury and Onslaught a few times and take those averages. If they are about the same then 33% is the max attack speed cap, and if they are significantly different then a: the law of averages has failed you (this is the likely choice) or b: 33% is not the max attack cap. |
